WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
When and how will I receive photos that were taken at the camp?
Once the camp has concluded, ALL professional photographer photos taken at the camp will be sent through the email address on record from the registration process, in seven (7) to ten (10) business days post-event. The photos will be sent to the email that you used to register.
HOWEVER, for any campers wanting individual photos with Aaron, an upgraded experience package must be purchased prior to camp.
Is this camp for ALL Genders?
Absolutely!
How many campers are allowed to attend Aaron Wiggins Basketball Camp?
Our mission is to accommodate as many campers as possible while maintaining an optimal coach-to-camper ratio. This ensures that every participant has a fun and beneficial experience. The maximum number of campers will depend on the available venue space.
What should my child bring to camp?
Campers will receive a camp-issued t-shirt that they are expected to wear.
Please have your camper bring a personal t-shirt, shorts, a water bottle, and athletic shoes.
Will Aaron autograph my camper(s) items?
The simple answer is No. Aaron is partnering with E3 Camps to help create a meaningful experience for the athletes on the court only. Aaron is not required to sign autographs during camp. To secure an autographed poster, please purchase an upgraded experience for your camper.
Are parents allowed to stay and watch their child(ren) participate?
Due to limited space inside the gymnasium, we highly encourage parents to drop off and pick up. However, parents of campers who purchase the Unforgettable Experience Upgrade are recommended to return during the last 45 minutes of camp to witness the 1 v 1 session with Aaron.
Are parents allowed to take photos?
Yes.. But only prior to camp and towards the conclusion of camp. However, families who purchase the "Unforgettable Experience" Upgrade will have the special opportunity for their camper to take an individual photo with Aaron, as well as a family photo with him. Detailed instructions for the photo session will be provided via email to those who purchase the upgrade prior to camp.
What is E3 Camps’ refund policy?
Registrations to E3 Camps are refundable for 48 hours after submission with a valid reason. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of E3 Camps, LLC. However, we do understand that some things cannot be foreseen. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen happening, please email our team at [email protected]. Registration credits can also be issued for the full dollar amount of your registration. Credits are valid for one camp of the same financial value. In order to receive a credit, please email us to the email address given above.
Does one upgraded experience apply to siblings?
Unfortunately, siblings cannot share upgraded experiences. However, if the Unforgettable Experience Upgrade is purchased, the sibling can join in on the family photo with Aaron.
The only exception is the family photo, which will be accommodated if one of the campers purchases the "Unforgettable Experience" Upgrade.
Is camp only for certain positions?
No. Camp is open to all positions.
Does E3 cancel because of the weather?
E3 will not cancel any camps due to the weather, unless it is unsafe to our campers, spectators, and staff. Overall safety is of the utmost importance. We may have to delay operations, but we will resume and add that time to the camp, as normally planned. If the camp must be suspended, we will coordinate with all parents of registered campers on a new date to host the camp in the future.
Is the price for admission to Aaron Wiggins Basketball Camp concrete?
Yes, the camp admission price is concrete, but availability is extremely limited!
Will there be lunch provided for the campers?
Lunch will not be provided for campers. However, we will have either food trucks available for parents to purchase meals or on-site concessions for added convenience.
