Next Gen: Tigers Basketball Camp (UPGRADED EXPERIENCES ONLY)

Per MSHSAA regulations, any athlete currently participating in their school basketball season is not permitted to engage in any on-court camp activities. However, all athletes, regardless of school season participation, are welcome to take part in photo and autograph opportunities associated with the camp.

In the very rare case of a medical emergency, I understand that my child could be transported to the nearest available medical facility by the local emergency unit for treatment if the local emergency resource (police, rescue squad) deems it necessary. The child will be transported at the expense of your primary medical coverage. It is also understood that in some medical situations, the staff will need to contact the local emergency resource before notifying the parent, child’s physician, and/or other adult acting on the parent’s behalf.

I am fully aware that any form of athletic activity creates the possibility of serious injury, and in rare cases death. In addition, I also agree not to hold E3 Camps, Aidan Chronister, Toni Bryant, Jason Crowe Jr and/or Mid-Missouri Sports Park responsible in the event that my child engages in inappropriate conduct (including, but not limited to disruptive or volatile behavior) and that E3 Camps, LLC has the right to dismiss him/her from the camp. Founder & CEO
Director of Basketball Operations

Laurence Bowers is a distinguished former professional basketball player, celebrated entrepreneur, and committed community leader, renowned for his contributions to youth development through sports. An alumnus of St. George's Independent School and the University of Missouri, Laurence enjoyed a successful basketball career, including a brief tenure with the Memphis Grizzlies and five years with various European teams, becoming one of the most successful players in Mizzou Basketball history.

After retiring from professional sports, Laurence founded Every True Tiger Brands in 2022, the official NIL Marketing & Branding Agency for Mizzou Athletics, which achieved a remarkable 500% growth under his leadership until 2024. Since 2015, he has also spearheaded Camp Bowers, which has grown from 105 to over 600 participants, and established E3 Camps, partnering with sports professionals to provide enriching experiences for young athletes. Laurence's dedication to sports and community engagement continues to inspire and shape the next generation of athletes.

Feven Bowers

Director of Community Engagement

With over 10 years of experience in community outreach and sports management, Feven excels in building strong partnerships with non-profit organizations, businesses, national corporations, and sports clubs. Her efforts make sports accessible to all children and promote healthy lifestyles. Feven takes the lead on designing and implementing outreach programs, including our E3 Sports Foundation Scholarship Program and numerous community sports events that are powered by E3.

Feven fosters a very welcoming environment for all young athletes who attend our camps and events. Her dedication to community well-being and youth development ensures that E3 remains a valued part of the youth athletes’ journey. Outside of work, she enjoys running her company Yola Designs Co, and spending time with her family. Her passion for community engagement and youth sports continues to inspire and positively impact the lives of many through E3.

Jennifer Winters is recognized for her dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and knack for embracing new challenges. Chief Marketing Officer

Michael Martin, hailing from Chicago, Illinois, is an accomplished Creative Director with expertise in photography, graphic design, and video production. Michael’s creative journey took flight during his time as a student manager for the Mizzou Men’s Basketball team, where he developed a robust skill set in creative media. With a profound interest in sports, music, and entertainment, he transitioned into his professional career post-college, beginning with a significant role at the Chicago Bulls.

Now at Paragon Marketing Group, Michael has collaborated with a wide array of high-profile clients, including Nike, Gatorade, ESPN, and Chipotle, delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions. He also plays a crucial role in the success of E3 Camps, applying top-tier marketing strategies to enhance client engagements. Jerrell Jackson

Director of Football Operations

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jerrell excelled as a four-sport athlete during his school years, earning a full scholarship to play football at the University of Missouri. At Mizzou, he had a stellar career and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. Jerrell went on to play professional football for the Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL, where his sports background underscored the importance of elite physical conditioning.

Today, Jerrell owns API, the premier sports performance facility in the Midwest, emphasizing mental strength and championing individual aspirations. Known for his unmatched energy and dedication, he inspires greatness in others through his daily work. Since 2015, Jerrell has been training athletes and hosting football camps in Mid-Missouri. He is excited to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to E3, sharing his passion with clients and athletes.

Myles Christian

Director of Baseball Operations

Myles Christian is a dedicated educator and coach at Southaven Middle School and a summer league baseball coach for Big League Baseball. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Delta State University and was drafted out of Olive Branch High School by the Seattle Mariners in 2018. Continuing his academic and athletic career at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), Myles played as a shortstop and center fielder. In high school, he excelled as a three-sport athlete and became a standout in Division I baseball.

Myles' impressive baseball career includes being a Rawlings Golden Glove winner and an All-American with Perfect Game and Conference USA. During college, he set the home run record in the Coastal Plain League (CPL) and was named Player of the Year in 2018. He also competed against Team USA in Cary, NC, participating in the home run derby. Myles is passionate about helping students and athletes reach their full potential at E3.
